Platform Role
ZippTask is a technology platform that connects customers with independent, verified home service professionals (Partners). ZippTask does not directly employ these professionals.
Booking & Fees
We charge a flat ₹70 booking fee to connect you with a professional. The actual cost of the repair or service will be discussed and settled directly between you and the Partner after they inspect the work.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate location details (GPS and address) and a valid phone number. Any misconduct or abuse towards our Partners will result in a permanent ban from the platform.
Liability
While we verify our Partners, ZippTask acts solely as a marketplace. We are not legally liable for any direct or indirect damages, disputes, or loss of property that occur during the service provision.
