Customer Cancellations
You can cancel your booking for free before the Partner is dispatched to your location.
₹70 Booking Fee Refund
- If a Partner is unavailable, or fails to reach your location due to our platform's fault, the ₹70 booking fee will be fully refunded or adjusted against your next booking.
- If you cancel the service after the Partner has reached your doorstep, the ₹70 booking fee is non-refundable, as it compensates the Partner for their travel time and fuel.
Service Disputes
Since the actual service fee is paid directly to the Partner, any refunds related to the quality of the repair work must be negotiated with the Partner. However, ZippTask will step in to mediate and penalize the Partner if the work is found to be fraudulent.
